If you don't pass the second time, you must wait 60 days before retesting again. You must purchase a new exam each time you retest. If you took the in-person training with us and completed the optional free prep course before the training, you are entitled to 1 free exam retake but must purchase the exam access code from us for $39. Each additional attempt is $119.
