Cancellation Policy

We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your booking. Our cancellation/rescheduling policy helps us maintain strong relationships with our clients, but to also be fair to our Food Safety Partners who travel from far to bring you the best training/exam experience. So we encourage you to reschedule your booking in advance when you’re able to. Late Cancel/Reschedule: All bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to start time at no charge. We will issue a credit for a future booking in the amount of original booking. If a cancellation/reschedule takes place within 72 hours of the start time, a late cancellation/reschedule fee of $75 will be charged. We will issue a credit for the original booking amount minus penalty fees as described, that can be applied to your future booking. Missed Booking: If you miss a booking without canceling/rescheduling, you will be charged a $119 fee. We will issue a credit for the original booking amount minus penalty fees as described, that can be applied to your future booking. Refunds: There are no refunds as non-refundable instruction access, prep course access, exam access codes, and other material is automatically ordered at the time of booking. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
